Warranty & Returns
NON-MOSFET RETURN POLICY:
- All NON-MOSFET items are subject to a 7 day return policy.
- Buyer must email returns@hhairsoft.com within 7 days after the date listed on the
delivery confirmation supplied by the shipment company in order to receive an RMA number.- All items returned will only be accepted in original packaging and NEVER used.
- All items returned are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
- Shipping charges to return the item to HH Airsoft are NOT refundable.
- In order to return an item you MUST contact HH Airsoft first and obtain a RMA

- There are no warranties available through HH Airsoft for NON-MOSFET items.
- Please refer to manufacture specific warranties for any warranty related issues.
- In extreme issues HH Airsoft can assist the customer with warranty related issues.
- Please email warranty@hhairsoft.com with any questions or concerns.
MOSFET WARRANTY POLICY:
- For ANY warranty claim the MOSFET, all components, and original packaging MUST be
returned to HH Airsoft.- For ANY warranty claim the MOSFET cannot be tampered with or disassembled in
anyway.- HH Airsoft MOSFETs are warranted 100% for DOA (dead on arrival).
- DOA claims must be filed within 7 days of delivery notification supplied by Shipment
Company tracking information.- For any MOSFET that is installed incorrectly or misused, the warranty is void and the
MOSFET will not be covered.- Contact warranty@hhairsoft.com for a RMA number in order to return the item.
TERMS OF USE:
- Buyer certifies they are 18 years of age and the rightful owner of the credit card or
paypal account used to make the purchase.- HH Airsoft is not responsible to know the local regulations of airsoft products and
gear. Please be sure the items you are purchasing are legal in your area.- HH Airsoft reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.
- HH Airsoft is not responsible for any adverse actions the products we sell may cause
